A California teen went to great lengths to escape the captor who allegedly drugged then raped her as part of a kidnapping ploy, CBS San Francisco reported.

The unnamed victim, 13, apparently agreed to an offered ride from Timothy Lee Marble, 50, outside at a Napa Shell gas station after she ran away from home following a fallout with her mother Friday morning.

Marble drove the child to a barren area, smoked marijuana with her and suggested the two have sex.

When the victim denied his request, Marble allegedly “tied her to a tree, before sexually assaulting her” and “used a syringe to inject her with the methamphetamine.”

Nearly three hours after the two left Shell, the suspect called police when the minor, who he referred to as his “companion,” jumped from his truck.

When deputies arrived to the scene, the teen, who had several abrasions covering her body, escaped from the bushes where she hid temporarily from the perpetrator, according to the newspaper.

Cops confirmed the girl ran away from home after reaching her mother by phone.Investigators found razor blade and knife cuts on the child’s legs, as well as an engrave of Marble’s name.

The former convict was arrested and booked to the Sonoma County Jail on suspicion of several counts of sexual acts with a minor, kidnapping and child abuse.   NYDAILYNEWS
