Soca artiste Luta Mc Intosh had dispelled rumours peddled by the NDP.
Luta says he is working on a project and had sought permission to use the burial ground.
He said the hole that was used was half dug and apparently was videotaped by persons using their cellular phone.
He said the official NDP Facebook page took up the video and stated that a family could not bury their dead because of an advertisement being filmed by the ULP.
Mc Intosh noted that the gravesite was dug however the family could not use it since a family member has a condition that could not get to the top of the burial site.
Mc Intosh noted that these are the facts, he noted that the family was promised another gravesite, however, on Saturday that gravesite was not prepared.
Mc Intosh noted that political activist Laverne Phillips was the one that propelled the NDP into running with such rumours.
Luta on Monday apologize to anyone who was offended.
