24-year-old Anwar Jack a resident from Georgetown is now before the Court on a charge of causing the death of 50 years old Travel Agent Ian Garfield Enoch who was also a Bishop in the Spiritual Baptist Faith between August 17th and 18th, 2018.
Enoch’s body was reportedly discovered at a hut at Argyle on August 18th, 2018. The Vehicle which was owned by Enoch was discovered by police in the Calliaqua/Glen public road with minor damages.
On August 22nd, 2018 Jack was escorted to the Kingstown Magistrate Court before Senior Magistrate Rickie Burnett facing the charge which was laid indictable to which he was not allowed to enter a plea.
As a result, Jack was remanded into custody at Her Majesty’s Prison and will appear before Chief Magistrate Rechanne Browne on Monday, September 3rd, 2018 when a date will be set for the Preliminary Inquiry.
