Dr Reisha Browne- Caesar is now an official member of the Fellow of the American College of Physicians, Caribbean Chapter.
The confirmation which came in July, now makes Browne-Caesar one of three physicians in the region with such distinction.
Browne-Caesar in a Facebook posting said the distinction is granted to persons who over the years demonstrate their commitment to their professional activities in medicine, continue professional development and scholarly activities including medical education and teaching.
Browne Caesar noted that volunteering, community service and demonstration of leadership skills are also part of the requirement when one is considered for the distinction.
