The CIBC FirstCaribbean Bank team made a special effort to say thank you to its clients and customers for their support on Client Appreciation Day held at the main branch – Halifax Street branch – on Friday, June 15, 2018 where clients and customers were treated to snacks, drinks and opportunities to win gifts and prizes.
CIBC FirstCaribbean Human Resource Support Officer, Jacintha Hinds said “It was a great time for us to give back to our clients. We have been in business here now for a number of years but we wouldn’t be here without the support of our clients and the community. Ultimately, our business is all about clients. At CIBC FirstCaribbean, we endeavour every day to show how we truly appreciate them.”
She noted that “customers wanted to be treated well and our banking professionals want to treat them well. By simply going the extra mile for each client we interact with, we develop strong customer relationships.”
Hinds said that team members at the bank were able to provide world-class client service because of their dedication to consumer satisfaction, noting that subtle displays of appreciation like simply taking the time to listen to a client did more to show people that they are more than numbers to our business.
“Our client appreciation day is really about letting our clients know how much we care about and appreciate their business, it’s not something we ever take for granted,” Hinds said.
