  3. In order to solve the influx of guns the govt must operate ‘ terra mare que’- by land and sea. When the regular coast guards sign off, the govt must have 4 large vessels parked in the sea on east, west, north, south with technological connections and communication to watch the sea on all sides. These boats leave svg at night, travel to other parts and return with drugs, guns and money. Obviously, guns are used instead of money in some instances. It is a shame for the number of murders in our lovely sweet svg.
