Jerome Ollivierre Remanded To Her Majesty’s Prison Until April 10th, 2019

Law Enforcement Officers attached to the Criminal Investigation Department at the Calliaqua Police Station have arrested and charged 36 year old Jerome Ollivierre a resident of Myreau.

Ollivierre was arrested on murder and theft charges between August 31st and September 1st, 2018.

A murder charge stemming from the death of 50-year-old Rodney George a Security Guard who was on duty at the GEC Auto Supplies situated at Arnos Vale.

George’s body was subsequently discovered in a room on the compound with his throat slashed.

A theft charge by entering the property owned by Gevandene Wilson of Arnos Vale/USA and reliving the business of over Two thousand dollars.

Ollivierre was on Friday October 5th escorted before Senior Magistrate Rechanne Browne facing the two charges which were laid indictable to which he was not allowed to enter a plea. 

Ollivierre was remanded into custody at Her Majesty’s Prison until April 10th, 2019 when the Preliminary Inquiry is expected to commence.

Ollivierre is being represented by Lawyer Israel Bruce.
