21 years old Enrique Charles from Glen community is now before the Court on two separate charges of entering the dwelling-house of Dave Williams of Fair Hall with intent to commit an offence and causing grievous bodily harm on November 28th, 2017.
Charles according to reports is said to have entered Williams’ home and inflicted cutlass wound to his forehead which resulted in him seeking medical attention at the Accident and Emergency Department at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital.
When he appeared at the Serious Offences Courts on Monday 4th, December before Chief Magistrate Rechanne Browne he was not allowed to enter pleas as the charges were laid indictable. Senior Prosecutor Adolphus Delpesche objected to bail.
