Over $500,000 spent on road repairs in Diamond, SCW

The Roads, Buildings and General Services Authority (BRAGSA) has completed a road repairs project in the community of Diamond, South Central Windward.

The project saw the resurfacing of 2,700 feet of road from “Daddy Gus” bus shed upwards, along with the construction of 1,133 feet of Slipper and Swale drains.

In addition, BRAGSA constructed two retaining walls – a 326 feet long block wall and a 464 feet long rubble wall.

The project was carried out a cost of $579,000. It lasted four months.
