RSVGPF produces Independence song

The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadine Police Force (RSVGPF) continues to exhibit its versatility and its ability to perform outside of its boundaries to “protect and serve.” To this end, the RSVGPF Choir has produce an independence song for 2020 entitled “Happy Independence SVG”.

According to the choir director, Sgt. 560 Olsen Rodney, the song was written by Police Constable #750 Kevin Thompson who coincidentally is also an ardent calypsonian.

Sgt. Rodney stated that the production of the song is just another way in which the members of the Police Force shows appreciation to the people of St. Vincent and the Grenadines whom they humbly serve for their continued support and cooperation with the police throughout the years.

The musical arrangement was done by Corporal 414 Raenando Hendrickson and the song was recorded at Carlos Sampson’s studio.

The Commissioner of Police and other ranks congratulates the Police Choir on this rendition.

The RSVGPF would appreciate greatly that you play this song on your radio stations and social media platforms. A video will soon follow. Happy Independence to all!
