(NY DAILY NEWS) – A 37-year-old man was stabbed to death after getting into a quarrel with a man on a Queens street Sunday morning, cops said.
Romeo Bartley and a 34-year-old woman got into an argument with the attacker inside a store on 8th St. and Astoria Blvd. in Astoria about 6:35 a.m., cops said. The assailant stabbed both Bartley and the woman in the neck before running off.
Medics rushed Bartley, a father of five who lived just down the block from where he was knifed, to Elmhurst Hospital but he couldn’t be saved, officials said.
The woman was taken to Mount Sinai Queens in stable condition. Cops have made no arrests.
