On 11 March, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines confirmed its first case. The passenger had travelled from the United Kingdom to Saint Vincent via Barbados. They travelled on British Airways to Barbados and onwards to Saint Vincent via LIAT on March 7.

Friday, March 13, 2020, St Lucia now has one confirmed case of the coronavirus (COVID-19). A woman with a travel history from the United Kingdom who arrived in St Lucia on March 7 in the company of her husband and presented to the health care system on March 11.

Which international airline was involved? Do we have an airline that needs proper sanitizing? Did the same airline go to these different destinations? Were the patients who are now positive on the same flight?

Our fellow Vincentian citizen, was she the only one in transit to St.Vincent after leaving the international carrier, or rather is she the only one placed on quarantine? Food for thought!
