Venezuela unveils transnational crime operation against the country’s wealth

The Government of Venezuela indicated on Wednesday, July 31st that opposition deputy Juan Guaidó and the Venezuelan right wing with the support of US authorities are carrying out an illegal operation to confiscate the wealth and assets of the Venezuelan people.

Executive Vice President Delcy Rodríguez said that an organized crime act by the Venezuelan right wing with support from the United States is under way to strip Venezuela of the assets of Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) in the United States. The Venezuelan official stressed that the opposition and self-proclaimed deputy “president in charge”, Juan Guaidó, forms a crime band organized with the Crystallex company, to expropriate Citgo’s resources in the US.

Venezuela receives shipment of supplies and medicines from Italy

The Venezuelan Government received a plane from Italy with 35 tons of medicines and medical supplies, under the Humanitarian Technical Assistance scheme arrangement between the Bolivarian Government and the Federation of International Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.

The aircraft arrived at the “Simón Bolívar” International Airport of the South American nation, the pharmaceutical shipment was confirmed by the Ministry of the People’s Power for Health (MPPS), through its official Twitter account “Framed in the Technical humanitarian assistance operation, established by the National Government, a shipment of 35 tons of medicines and medical supplies, arrived at the country from the Italian Republic, “the Venezuelan Ministry of Health published.”

President Nicolás Maduro acknowledges the work of activists who defended the Venezuelan Embassy in Washington

Venezuelan ANC President highlights work after two years

From the National Pantheon of Venezuela, the president of the National Constituent Assembly, Diosdado Cabello, highlighted the work and struggle undertaken by the entity to guarantee the peace of the country on its second anniversary. President Maduro: Venezuela is at the center of an unconventional war

President Nicolás Maduro said that Venezuela is at the center of an unconventional war that seeks to impact the population, but said the Venezuelan people are capable of overcoming the constant aggressions.

“I am convinced that the conscience of the people is capable of overcoming the constant aggressions. We will continue our course towards prosperity. We will win!” The president wrote on Tuesday on his official Twitter account. The president’s message comes after a series of attacks on the electricity distribution system of the South American country and constant violations of Venezuelan airspace by US spy planes, coupled with the economic and financial blockade imposed by Washington.

More than 15,000 Venezuelans repatriated with the return to the homeland plan

The Venezuelan Foreign Ministry informed that up to July 29th, 2019, some 15,201 nationals have been repatriated through the return of the homeland plan, implemented by President Nicolás Maduro in 2018.

According to official data, about 7,285 persons have returned from Brazil to their nation, with 3,101from Peru, another 3,067 from Ecuador, 764 from Colombia, 276 from the Dominican Republic, 434 from Argentina, 272 from Chile, one from Panama and one from Uruguay .

 USA admits airspace violation of Venezuela

USA confirmed the violation of airspace in Venezuela, with the realization of what they called “surveillance flights”, as confirmed by the head of the Southern Command, admiral of the Navy, Craig Faller.

The situation was denounced by Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza, who said he will take this violation of the airspace of the South American country to the United Nations Organization. “There is no doubt about their evil intentions. We will take the complaint to the UN,”said Arreaza through the social network Twitter.

Previously, Faller said the US military “will continue to fly and operate wherever international standards apply and that includes around Venezuela, South America and the world.”


Repudiation of blockade against Venezuela in XXV Sao Paulo Forum

As part of the development of the XXV Sao Paulo Forum in Caracas, revolutionary and progressive popular organizations from Latin America and the world repudiated the set of coercive measures imposed by the United States Government (USA) against the Venezuelan people.

“Venezuela is one of the democracies most attacked by the US government and its allies … the unilateral coercive measures imposed by the United States against Cuba and Venezuela are genocide and massive violation of human rights,” said the Declaration and Plan of Fight issued by international delegations.

President Nicolás Maduro: Intention to apply the TIAR to Venezuela is a hostile act to sovereignty

“Any intention to apply the TIAR within Venezuela must be considered (according to the Constitution) a hostile act to national sovereignty and an aggression against the territory, the people, peace and international law,” said the head of State.

Last Friday, the Venezuelan Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ) declared the absolute nullity of the right-wing legislative initiative. “Consequently, any action carried out with the purpose of applying said treaty must be considered a hostile act to national sovereignty,” the ruling of the highest court determined.

 Government of Venezuela strengthens cooperation with UNIDO to guarantee food sovereignty

President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, received representatives from the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) on Friday, within the framework of strengthening cooperation to guarantee the production of items in the country. From Caracas, the head of state held a meeting with officials to learn about the progress of the Country Program, signed by both parties in 2018.

 Venezuela and Germany rebuild bilateral agenda

On Friday, Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza received the German ambassador, Daniel Kriener, to rebuild the bilateral cooperation agenda, after the recomposition of diplomatic relations between the two countries. In his Twitter account, the representative of Venezuelan diplomacy also informed that direct communication between both parties would be maintained to create a new nurtured bilateral agenda.

 Venezuela rejects military threat from the Lima Group

Through his Twitter account, Venezuela’s Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza announced the country’s rejection of the threat of an eventual military intervention by Argentine Foreign Minister Jorge Faurie. During the fifteenth meeting of the self-appointed Lima Group on July 23th, Faurie requested the evaluation of the possibility of a military intervention to overthrow the constitutional government of President Nicolás Maduro, if requested by the deputy opposition Juan Guaidó.
