Advanced health urgent care and wellness centre was conceived as part of an overall plan to improve access to health care in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

New Montrose Medical Clinic was established by Dr. Nedd more than 5 years ago as a part-time solo practice and provides the basis for an expansion to a new facility called Advanced Health which will provide unscheduled ambulatory care to members of the community while still providing high-quality patient-centred care for which Dr. Nedd has developed a reputation.

Dr. Conrad Nedd, a native Vincentian from New Montrose and a past student of Kingstown Preparatory school, St Vincent Grammar school graduated with a degree in Medicine from St. Georges University in Grenada in 1998.

He subsequently completed his internship and practised both Hospital and community medicine.

His further training included Emergency medicine, Mass Casualty Management, Clinical Management of HIV, Project management and Leadership in Healthcare.

At Milton Cato Memorial Hospital he was Head of the Emergency Department until leaving the public service to join as full-time faculty in the clinical science at a medical school.

He also provided care and treatment for persons living with HIV at the lone infectious disease clinic for 2 years on SVG.

He is also a certified instructor for Advanced Life Support and mass casualty management courses for adults and children which is a standard requirement for health care providers.

Following God’s calling and his dream, Dr. Nedd opened the door of this new medical facility on 2nd May 2017 to serve the General Public with the full support of his wife and family.

It’s mission to promote the health and well-being of the local population by providing accessible high-quality medical care for people of all ages.

Advanced Health is focused on Patient-centered care and plans to educate patients on the importance of preventative care.

The management plans to offer various specialist services and wellness programs and plans to expand to a 24- hours service to the public in the near future
