A Brooklyn teen has been nabbed for shooting a man and his 1-year-old son, police said Saturday.
Lyemel Summerville, 19, allegedly opened fire near Junius St. and Sutter Ave. in Brownsville around 5:15 p.m. Aug. 19, according to authorities.
One of the bullets passed through the 20-year-old victim’s thigh before it grazed the toddler’s knee as the babe sat in his stroller, cops said.
Witnesses said the victim and the gunman fought before the shots rang out.
Summerville, of Bedford-Stuyvesant, has five prior arrests, most recently in July for assault. He is charged with multiple counts of assault, reckless endangerment and weapons possession.
