Junior Jarvis a media consultant from Redemption Sharpes has been ordered to stand trial at the next Practical Sitting of the Criminal Session at the High Court.
He will stand trial on six separate charges of murder, attempted murder, kidnapping, assault causing actual bodily harm, having a weapon for the purpose of endangering and aggravating burglary upon former banker Randy Lawrence, Josette Smith and Areisha Pompey all of Arnos Vale on February 14th, 2017.
Jarvis is accused of inflicting multiple gun-shot wounds to the body of Lawrence on the date in question and then proceeded to the home of Smith and Pompey and fired gunshots at them.
The order came on Thursday, October 12th by Chief Magistrate Rechanne Browne of the Serious Offences Court at the conclusion of a Preliminary Inquiry.
It was during such time the Prosecution presented over forty witnesses to give evidence and a no-case submission which was presented by Israel Bruce over-ruled.
