Three people were struck by a red van near Penn Station in Midtown Friday, leaving them with minor injuries, police said.

A van rammed into a group on W. 31st St. and Seventh Ave. about 5:20 p.m., witnesses said.

“Literally just finished crossing the street in front of Penn Station when a car slammed into people,” tweeted one witness who goes by the name Alex. “Heard the hit, screams and ran for it.”

“Van just swerved through crowd of people outside Penn Station,” Jason B. tweeted. “My wife saw it happen. Said no one was killed.”

Medics rushed the victims to an area hospital. The victims were not seriously hurt, cops said.

The driver of the van remained at the scene, claiming that his floor mat got tangled with the accelerator and sent the vehicle careening forward.

No arrests have been made.
