The Governments of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are settling arrangements for a visa waiver between both countries.
Such an arrangement is being put in place as part of efforts to strengthen bilateral relations.
Gonsalves who made the disclosure on Monday, January 23rd said the visa waiver would allow for Vincentians to visit the UAE and persons from the UAE to come here without a visa.
The Prime Minister said plans were discussed during his recent official visit to Abu Dhabi, where he attended the Seventh Assembly of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA).
