Two Men Accuse Each Other Of Sustaining Injury By Way Of A Shovel

Two men have reported to police that they were both inflicted with injuries by way of a shovel, but it appears to be a case of double jeopardy.

At 11:30 am on Wednesday  4th January, Kenroy Ottley, a 27yrs Carpenter of Clare Valley reported against Jetlee Mason and Brendon Glasgow both 21yrs,  Labourer of Barrouallie/Canouan for inflicting grievous bodily harm on him.

Ottley accused both men of beating him on his head with a shovel and striking him on his right shoulder with a stone” at Canouan about 1:30 pm on the 22nd of November 2016.

But in a twist to the ongoing drama, Brendon Glasgow, whom Ottley accused as one of the men who inflicted injury to him, reported to the police at 11.32 am on the 4th of January that Kenroy Ottley, a 27-year-old Carpenter of Clare Valley assaulted him.

Glasgow accused Ottley of striking him on his back with a shovel” causing actual bodily harm at Canouan about 1:30 pm on 22nd of November 2016, at Canouan.

The matter is now under ongoing investigation.
