Minister of Economic Development, Sustainable Development, Industry, Internal Trade, Information and Labour Camilo Gonsalves will address Vincentians living in Canada this Afternoon.
The long-awaited town hall meeting begins at 3pm Sunday 23rd October at the Consulate of Trinidad and Tobago Community center/Meeting room, 185 Sheppard Ave West North York, Ontario.
Gonsalves will outline the plans and elaborate on the projects of the government while taking questions from persons in attendance.
On Saturday Night the Minister delivered the feature address at the 37th Independence Gala on October 22nd hosted by SVG Association of Toronto Inc., Bequia Social Association, Toronto SVG Association Support Group and the Union Island Cultural Association under the auspices of the Consulate General of St Vincent and the Grenadines.
He admitted that the reason why no minister of government came to Canada while he was foreign minister was a form of protest for Canada imposing visa restrictions under the Harper government
Gonsalves at the gala event gave the commitment that the Argyle International Airport will be open before the end of 2016.
Gonsalves will from 9am Sunday morning lend his voice to Haitian people’s plight, taking part in a radio discussion on G 98.7 FM,located at 34 Kern Road, Toronto, Ontario.
