Douglas De Freitas political activist and proprietor of Nice Radio have been slapped with 10 additional charges, and will face the courts on the 29th of August 2016.
The 10 will be added to De Freitas list of charges stemming back to statements he made regarding elections 2015
According to summons received, De Freitas made statements contrary to Section 64 (1) of the Criminal Code, Chapter 171 of the Revised Edition of the Laws of St Vincent and the Grenadines, 2009.
