Man found with gunshot wound to the head

On Sunday 11.06.2017, at approximately 11:20 pm, Police received information that Anthony Danzell, a 50-year-old labourer from Park Hill, was discovered lying motionless outside a shop in Park Hill.

Reports suggest that Danzell received a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Danzell’s murder has brought this year’s homicide count to 12.

Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the murder, and are urging anyone with information that could help with the investigation to contact CID/CRO/MCU at 456-1810, the Colonarie Police Station at 458-6250 or any Police Station.

St Vincent and the Grenadines homicide total for 2017 now stands at 12 after a shooting incident in Parkhill Sunday night.

Anthony Danzell, aka (Lawah) 50 years Labourer of Park Hill, was found lying outside one Marga Shop in Park Hill with a gunshot wound to his head.

According to information obtained by News784, the shooting took place between 9 pm and 10 pm.Circumstances surrounding the shooting is unknown. Danzell was pronounced dead at the scene.
